Extraction Arms

The original welding fume  extraction arm is the perfect solution for extracting welding smoke, fumes, and dust in workshops.  The extraction hood has integrated easy-to-reach buttons for lighting a fan control and comes in a corrosive resistant version.

Designed for working environments with non combustible or non corrosive fumes or vapors where space is limited.  The arm is flexible in all directions and simple to position and extend.  The reach of the arm is 3 to 5 feet, perfect for welding schools or small welding booths.

NEX MD welding fume extraction arms are the top of the range arms when it comes to high airflows and extraction at high temperatures.  The weld fume extractor is specifically designed for working environments with very heavy smoke, vapors or non explosive dust.  The applications can be welding, laser or hand plasma cutting, metal spraying, grinding where lots of splatter is generated, or other industrial processes.  Available in lengths from 6.6-16 feet.

ATEX approved dust extraction arm for industries where hygiene is a top priority.  Available in 2 models, the NEX D is equipped with an earthed ventilation hose made of FDA approved ingredients.  The NEX DX has a double-earthed, antistatic-earthed ventilation system that prevents electricity and sparks.  Both models have concealed joints, separate hose, and stainless steel hood.  Available in lengths from 6.6-16 feet.

ATEX approved acid-proof stainless steel arm and hood.  Fulfills all requirements for use in environments containing explosive dust and gases, and very high hygienic demands.  The double-earthed system and antistatic earthed ventilation hose prevents static electricity and sparks.  Open support arm system and hood of acid proofed polished stainless steel requires little maintenance and is easy to clean.  Comes in two models, the NEX S 125 & NEX S 160.
