Exhaust Reels

The wrench used to adjust the spring tension comes with each reel.  The drum can be locked in place while adjusting the spring tension, simply push in the drum locking pin and pull out once finished.

The adjustable hose stop controls how much hose hangs down from the reel.  When the hose stop hits the stop bar, the hose will stop winding up the hose drum.  The stop is held in place with two hose clamps (included).

Mounting brackets and a full size template are included with all 865 reels.  Competition does not offer brackets or templates.  Can be mounted on the wall or ceiling depending on the needs of the workplace.

The reels are available with or without the automatic damper.  The integrated automatic mechanical damper on the 865SD makes the reel more energy efficient and reduces the noise level.  

The motorized reel is operated with either an IR control or pendant.  A receiving eye on the reel shows the status of the operation.

Electronic upper and lower limit switches reduce the risk of malfunction and unnecessary wearing of the hose.  These switches are controlled from the ground by the pendant switch for a quick and easy change

The fan start/stop function is automatically controlled and no programming is lost when a power failure occurs.  If the power is cut, the electro-magnetic brake will lock the drum instantly.

Optional trolley parts allow the 865S, 865SD, & 865M to be mounted on the ALU 150 or 250 rail.  The reels can also be mounted to extension arms, as well as directly to the fan.
